The NSA was a target of one of my original FOIA requests, which yielded the below results. Some of these records were one of the first documents I scanned onto The Black Vault back in 1996, and are archived here as a timestamp for what the NSA was releasing then vs. now.

The following records are the UFO documents released today by the NSA. However, as of 8/24/14, they are still releasing a more redacted affidavit than what I was able to get them to release. This is document #1 below, and is an affidavit (Top Secret) that was created for the judge during the court case CAUS vs. NSA. Over the years, they have released less redacted versions, and after a Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) submitted by The Black Vault, a even less redacted version was released in July of 2014.
In 1980, the NSA was involved in Civil Action No. 80-1562, "Citizens Against Unidentified Flying Objects Secrecy v. National Security Agency". Documents related to that ligitation are below, and marked with "*". "XXXXX" has been inserted in a title if a portion of the title has been deleted prior to release.

In July of 2013, I requested a Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) of these records from the NSA. The claim they can not find any of the original reports, unredacted, except for this affidavit. They conducted the MDR, and RELEASED THIS version in July 2014, a year later.
